jerk-shrimps Today’s meal was simple. I marinated shrimps overnight in garlic and jerk seasoning and steamed them until they were pink in color. I served them with caramelized onions over a bed of green leafy vegetables. This simple meal had a big taste.

Looks very delicious and I will make it for my friends at a party I am planning in the near future probably adding potatoes roasted with the skin on and perhaps some French bread for juice and flavor of the shrimps.THe potates will be cut in quarters and sprinkled with parsley and paprika and cooked under the broiled until the are golden brown and slightly crunches.
