No Mayo Slaw – It still has a crunch; but with less calories.

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups of white cabbage
  • 1 cup of red cabbage
  • 1 cup of shredded carrots
  • 3 tablespoons of red vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of extra light tasting olive oil
  • 1/4 of white sugar/ Stevia
  • 1/4 cup of white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to your taste
  • diced onion
  • diced celery
  • diced pimentos

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
  • Use celery salt to eliminate additional salt and dicing of celery if desired
  • Mix and chill in the refrigerator
