Chicken Poppers



  • Chicken Breasts
  • Buffalo Hot Sauce
  • Ranch dressing
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Black pepper
  • Pillsbury Grand Biscuit


  • Cut the chicken breast, cut, shred and mix above ingredients into a bowl.
  • Cut the biscuits in half
  • Spoon the mixture in the middle of the roll and add the mozzarella cheese
  • Form the biscuit in the shape of a ball
  • Bake at 325 degrees on parchment paper until the rolls are golden brown
