Fried Chicken Wings


  1. Season chicken wings with black pepper, paprika, a dash of cayenne pepper and garlic     powder.
  2. Fill a deep pot with no more than 1/3 full of Canola Oil.
  3. Heat oil on medium – high heat.
  4. Evenly coat seasoned chicken wings with flour
  5. Fry chicken wings, a few at a time, until light golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towels
  7. Add hot sauce if you like them spicy; if not plain & warm are delicious anytime.
