- Season chicken wings with black pepper, paprika, a dash of cayenne pepper and garlic powder.
- Fill a deep pot with no more than 1/3 full of Canola Oil.
- Heat oil on medium – high heat.
- Evenly coat seasoned chicken wings with flour
- Fry chicken wings, a few at a time, until light golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels
- Add hot sauce if you like them spicy; if not plain & warm are delicious anytime.
