Sriracha Wings

Ingredients: Season Chicken Wings with the following:

  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika

Sriracha Sauce:

  • 2 cups Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1/2 of water
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce


  • Preheat oven 450 degrees
  • Spray pan with oil spray
  • Place wings in pan; make sure to separate wings
  • Bake wings in oven for 30 minutes; until browned on all sides
  • Pour oil into a large pot; 1/2 full with canola oil
  • Heat oil over high flame until wings are crispy
  • Drain wings on paper towel


  • Add sriracha sauce, honey, cayenne pepper, parsley, butter and water in a pot
  • Mix and taste to your liking
  • Pour sauce over hot wings

Garnish with chopped scallions and sesame seeds.  Serve with carrots, lime or lemon wedges, celery, and blue cheese salad dressing. If the wings are too hot, drink beer or wine to cool off your mouth.  Water only accelerates the heat. Enjoy the Super Bowl.

Wine Pairing:  Prosecco, Rosé or white Zinfandel.
