New Jersey’s Seafood

Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City served their raw oysters on ice with lemon wedges. The dipping sauces were hot sauce and cocktail. The snow crab legs served with melted butter as dipping sauce were juicy and seasoned well. The crab legs were served over red potatoes accompanied by delicious asparagus.  That’s was a nice way to celebrate Valentine’s Day and keep your money out of the slot machines and enjoy one another.
