The drink also contains 16 grams of fat, which is about 25 percent of your daily fat intake for a 2,000-calorie diet. In addition, the drink also contains 10 grams of saturated fat, which is 50 percent of your daily saturated fat intake. And additional 60 milligrams of cholesterol, 290 milligrams of sodium, 79 grams of carbohydrates, 77 grams of sugar and 6 grams of protein all also in the venti drink.


Light Caramel Frappuccinos

Starbucks also offers light caramel frappuccinos, which helps cuts calories and fat by using nonfat milk and not adding whip cream to the drink. A tall caramel light frappuccino contains only 140 calories and one gram of fat. That is in comparison to 290 calories and 11 grams of fat in the regular tall caramel frappuccino.

Cut Calorie Options

Perhaps the easiest way to avoid calories at Starbucks is to reduce your drink from a venti to a tall. Tall frappuccinos are about half the size of venti frappuccinos, which means that they have about half the fat and calories. In addition, getting your frappuccino without whipped cream reduces the fat content by over half to only 7 grams per venti-size drink.
