This is a Canadian restaurant is located at 6010 University Blvd., Ellicott City, MD.. It is part of a chain that serves, breakfast, brunch, lunch  and dinner.  Their menu is primarily   egg-focused and I have read reviews where patrons complained of it  being a bit pricey for eggs.  However, I enjoyed the lobster omelette which was a quarter-pound of gently sautéed lobster, brie cheese and green onions, served with hollandaise sauce and their delicious Lyonnaise-style potatoes.  This meal was $19.95 and I had no complaints about the price, quality, or quantity.  The other two dishes was a variation of the classic dish coined Eggtravganza.  It consist two free-range, Omega-3 enriched eggs, prepared any style, two slices of brioche French toast with maple syrup, a choice of Applewood smoked ham, bacon or sausage and their Lyonnaise-style potatoes for $14.95.  The featured cocktail was a strawberry mimosa made with Chloe Prosecco, strawberry purée & fresh squeezed OJ for $8.00.  Overall, my friends and I enjoyed the breakfast. The winner was my lobster omelette and their potatoes.  The service was average.  The downside is their coffee. However, for me there is always Starbucks.
