Quaker Oat Smoothie

  • 1/4 cup Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup peaches
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave sweetener
  • 1/2 cup ice


Place all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth. Tip: for a smoother consistency, microwave oats with 1/4 cup water for 1 minute, cool, then add to blender with above ingredients.
