Small steps that can make a difference

Small steps make a big difference.  Life can be a whirlwind of work, appointments, gatherings and events. However, that doesn’t mean you have to put your wellness on the back burner.  With  a little commitment, it’s easy to squeeze I need some exercise and stay on track.

  1. I have been doing this a lot this week! I don’t have a lot of time for exercise, but I am making sure to get in at least 100 crunches and 100 squats with a few other easy exercises. I have been doing it just a few days but I feel like it is making a difference already!
