Miski in Maryland is a family-owned restaurant. They specialize in charbroiled chicken but they do more than just chicken. In this post you will see their Ceviche Mixto which is fresh fish (Shrimps, Scallops, Octopus) cooked in lime juice mixed with special spices and served with sweet potato and Peruvian corn. The side was fried plantain, which is pictured on the plate. The other dish displayed is Churrasco De Pollo. It’s tender chicken breast marinated in cilantro, peppers, garlic and onions served over a bed of rice with two sides, which were green beans and corn. The service was excellent. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I won’t run back to Miski anytime soon. However, I will encourage anyone in the area to give it a try if you haven’t eaten this cuisine before.
