1 cup plain yogurt
1 large ripe banana, sliced and frozen, plus more for topping
6 dried dates, pitted
2 tbsp. apple butter
6 large ice cubes
Pinch of kosher salt
Miniature chocolate chips, for topping
Process yogurt, frozen banana slices, dates, apple butter, ice cubes and salt in blender until smooth. Pour mixture evenly into 2 glasses. Top with more banana slices and chocolate, if desired.
