Garden Fresh Omelette

My mother sent me a picture of her omelette this morning.  Her omelette is made from three beaten eggs fried with olive oil in a non-stick frying pan.  She used turmeric and black pepper to season the egg. The omelette is folded around sauteed dandelion, red and green peppers, garlic, banana pepper, mushrooms, red onions and radishes.  This egg dish was served with bacon.

    1. THIS IS NOT ONLY VERY HEALTHY FOR YOU, IT IS A DELICIOUS DISH AND VERY HEALTLY . NO SALT WAS ADDED SINCE THERE IS BACON WHICH IS ALWAYS GOOD AND SO DELICIOUS. THE REASON THE OLIVE OIL IS GOOD FOR YOU,IT DOES NOT NEED TO COOK LONG WHEN YOU ARE SAUTEING VEGGIES YOU USE VERY LITTLE OIL AND EGGS . THANKS FOR A BEAUTIFUL WHOLESOME DISH.
