Immunity Drink

Winter is always the time when sniffles and sneezing are prevalent.  This drink is a sure fire healthy way to relieve cold symptoms without having to take medication.  Blend orange juice,cayenne pepper, ginger and turmeric together and serve. For others who have the time you may choose to juice 2-3 oranges, ginger root, and turmeric in a juicer and add the juice to one quart of water. Add 1-2 dashes of cayenne pepper and serve room temperature or over crushed ice.  The extra minerals and additional fluids the drink supplies help to hydrate, energize and support immunity.

  1. Three of the four ingredients are my favorites so all I have to do is add orange juice and I think any cold will be stopped in it’s tracks meaning before it really gets started. Ellie
